We’re now looking for a Barista to join our friendly and fast-paced team. If you love coffee, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a busy café environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Barista at Brown’s Brasserie, you’ll be responsible for crafting consistently excellent coffee and delivering warm, attentive customer service — all while working closely with a dynamic front-of-house and kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a full range of barista-style hot and cold drinks to a high standard

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee station

• Greet guests with professionalism and warmth

• Work efficiently during peak service times

• Follow hygiene, health & safety standards at all times

• Support with general café duties as required

• Barista experience in a busy café or restaurant setting

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• A positive, team-oriented attitude

• Great communication and time-management skills

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including weekends)
