As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a passionate and professional Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help lead daily operations with energy, warmth, and attention to detail.

The Role

As a Supervisor at Brown’s Brasserie, you’ll be a key player in delivering exceptional front-of-house service, leading the team during service, and supporting the management team to keep the operation running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone with experience in hospitality and strong leadership potential. While prior supervisory experience is preferred, we’re also open to developing the right candidate with solid experience and the right mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead service on the floor and ensure smooth operations

• Support, train, and motivate the front-of-house team

• Maintain the highest standards of guest care, presentation, and cleanliness

• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism

• Assist with shift management, setup/close-down procedures, and staff coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a busy café or restaurant setting

• Natural leadership and team motivation skills

• A strong understanding of customer service and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organisation

• A flexible and proactive attitude with availability for a mix of shifts, including weekends
